The city council is addressing the current vicious animal ordinance with particular concern for how to define what constitutes a 'vicious' animal.  Various proposals have been made including naming specific breeds or delineating certain weight restricitions.  The city representatives are intereted in hearing your own suggestions for how to identify and classify potentially dangerous animals.  If you would like to voice your opinions, please contact your city councilman.  A list of council members is available here.
